The impact you’ll make

At Lam, as an Accountant, you're central to managing and enhancing our accounting systems.With a keen eye for detail, you interpret financial reporting requirements, balance the books, andensure accuracy of profit and loss, cash flow, income, and balance sheet statements. Yourexpertise extends to monthly report generation, supporting informed decision making. Youcontribute to Lam's financial accuracy and compliance.

What you’ll do

• General Accounting tasks such as Debitor/Creditor Accounting, Asset Management, Bank
• Monthly Closes
• Support in any internal and external Audits
• Year End Preparations and contact person for Tax advisor and Auditors
• Prepare audit documentation in a clear, concise, and timely manner
• Participate in other projects or assignments as requested
• Preparation of monthly declarations
• Act as functional lead for a small accounting team of 2, coordinating tasks and providing day‑to‑dayguidance
• Review accounting entries and reconciliations prepared by the team to ensure accuracy and compliance

Who we’re looking for

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; or 3 years andan Accountant exam or equivalent work experience
• Profound Accounting education with Accountant exam
• SAP/NAVISION experience
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills
• Full professional proficiency in German, fluent in English
• Good problem solving abilities
• Microsoft Office applications especially Excel

What We're Offering 

This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group E or F depending on educational background. A higher payment is negotiable depending on education, expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year. Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid rolescombine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotelyand fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days perweek on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely forthe balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam orcustomer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
