PURPOSE & SCOPE:
Support of Program Management for fluid power products (e.g. electric/mechanical oil pumps):
- Support sample delivery process under the leadership of the program manager
- Support creation of meeting presentations and meeting minutes
- Cross functional project communications based on program manager’s request

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Due diligent documentation of prototype bookings and deliveries
- Willing to learn and understand project management process and adapting processes to real situations
- Ability to create electronic documents based on need (e.g. meeting minute, presentations etc.)
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND/OR EXPERIENCE/Training
Education and/or Experience:
- Student in mechanical/electrical/software engineering or similar
- Good knowledge of MS programs such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Hands-on attitude handling samples and communicating with sample shop
- Affinity to IT as user or creator and new technologies is not mandatory, but very welcome
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills, open minded personality
- Ability to work well independently or within a team environment
Language Skills:
- Proficient in German and English (both spoken and written), further languages are welcome
