About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

As an Installer at Joybuy, you will be responsible for the timely and professional installation of various products, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer locations to perform installations of a wide range of products, including but not limited to home appliances, electronics, furniture, and potentially more specialized equipment.
• Unpack, assemble, configure, and connect products according to manufacturer guidelines and JD.com's service protocols.
• Conduct pre-installation checks to ensure product integrity and site readiness.
• Test installed products to confirm full functionality and proper operation.
• Provide customers with clear and concise instructions on product usage, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor installation issues or escalate complex problems to appropriate support teams.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, including job completion times, product serial numbers, and any encountered issues.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices during installations.
• Ensure a clean and organized work area at customer locations and properly dispose of packaging materials.
• Represent JD.com, Inc. professionally and courteously at all times.

Job Qualifications:

• Electrician License Required
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or technical certifications a plus.
• Proven experience in product installation, assembly, or a related field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and instructions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs independently) and work in various physical positions (bending, kneeling, standing for extended periods).
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet scheduled appointments.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by customer demand.
