About The Team
You’ll be joining the Joybuy team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What you will do
- Channel Management & Operational Excellence
- Independent management of daily social media operations for Joybuy's corporate channels (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube). Ensuring a consistent publishing frequency, coordinating content production, quality control, and community management. The goal is the sustainable expansion of reach, increased engagement, and enhanced fan loyalty and return visits.
- Platform-Specific Content Strategy & Brand Management
- Development of channel-specific content strategies that address user needs, brand identity, and market conditions. Conceptualization of series, storytelling formats, and seasonal activations that contribute to brand awareness, relevance, and conversion. Ensuring a consistent tone and a cohesive brand appearance across all touchpoints.
- Performance Monitoring & Continuous Optimization
- Analysis of relevant KPIs (including reach, engagement, click-through, and conversion KPIs). Identifying optimization potential regarding content formats, posting frequencies, and interaction logics. Utilizing data-driven insights to systematically increase the efficiency of communication measures and address target groups even more precisely.
- Campaign Management & Activation
- Planning, implementation, and end-to-end management of social media campaigns to support brand initiatives, product launches, and seasonal peaks. Orchestration of creator/influencer collaborations and management of external creative resources. Responsibility for campaign performance goals, including traffic, lead, and revenue KPIs.
- Interface Management & Cross-Departmental Alignment Processes
- Close collaboration with brand marketing, performance marketing, graphic design, PR, and product management. Ensuring a seamless flow of information and identifying synergies throughout the campaign and content lifecycle. Proactive development of new collaborative approaches to increase efficiency and maximize brand presence across all digital channels.
About you:
- Experience in managing social media handles and content strategy within e-commerce /retail
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Results-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, and skilled at managing multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English and Dutch languages, both written and spoken
