Job description
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who thinks beyond features and sees the full picture - across products, partners, and markets.
In this role, you'll own the strategy for a portfolio of healthcare solutions at the intersection of clinical workflows and emerging AI - shaping how hospitals and clinicians work, at scale. You'll lead complex partner relationships, align cross-functional teams, and mentor the next generation of product talent. This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable in a strategic planning session and a conversation with a clinical stakeholder.
This role involves up to 25% travel.
What you'll do:
- Define the portfolio roadmap across a suite of healthcare products, keeping strategy tightly aligned with company vision and evolving market needs
- Lead high-stakes partner relationships, ensuring technical and commercial alignment across the ecosystem
- Streamline how we build - improving product development workflows and cross-team collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering
- Mentor and elevate the PM team, fostering structured thinking and a culture of excellence
- Break down silos across departments to ensure every product launch is backed by strong commercial and operational readiness
- Stay ahead of the market - tracking competitive shifts and healthcare regulations to keep the portfolio proactively positioned
Requirements
- 7+ years in Product Management, with a proven track record across multi-product portfolios or complex ecosystems
- Deep domain expertise in the healthcare industry, including familiarity with clinical workflows, regulatory requirements, and the technical realities of hospital environments
- A strategic mindset that goes beyond features - you think in terms of business outcomes, market positioning, and long-term scalability
- People leadership experience of at least 2 years, with a track record of developing talent and fostering high-performing team cultures
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to mentor peers, align stakeholders, and influence senior leadership without direct authority
- A builder's mentality - you improve not just products, but the processes and systems that help teams move faster and more effectively
- Full professional fluency in English; German is a plus
Benefits
- We're a fast-growing, AI-driven medical software company in the wake of a recent merger, meaning this is a pivotal moment to join - you'll have real influence over the direction of the product and the organization in an environment that is actively evolving
- You'll be joining a highly skilled, international team spread across multiple regions, made up of people who are invested in doing great work and in each other's success
- Flexible working hours and up to 100% remote work within Germany give you flexibility
- A competitive compensation and benefits package
We are looking forward to getting to know you!
