Activities
- The Job holder shall develop and maintain up to date a PowerBI platform dedicated to the follow-up of the FPSO package execution for all phases (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning). He needs to support his development with power platform and power automate solution.
- He/She is required to interface with main point of contact for each phase and area of the package (Topside & hull) to understand their needs in terms of KPI’s, and required follow-up. He/She shall be force of proposal in elements to be developed.
- The job holder shall continuously keep up to date the developed KPI’s with the latest set of data received from CONTRACTOR
- The candidate must develop an interface which is user friendly and where the information is easy to find and not duplicated between several pages
Deliverables
Reporting to the FPSO Project Control Leader, the Job Holder shall:
HSE tasks:
- Demonstrate exemplary behavior with regards to HSE.
- Respect the COMPANY HSE rules
Organizational tasks:
- Develop, maintain and share a user guide up to date with available KPI’s with dashboard definition and usage
- Elaborate a user request register and status of their development
- Collect and list various information’s / data’s received by the different teams, and propose way to process them
- Ensure regular review of above deliverables with the PCL
Transverse activities:
- Promote and communicate to entire package team new available features in powerBI on regular basis
- Ensure homogeneity in developed KPI’s (No difference between Hull and Topside information way to visualize and navigation flow)
- Actively interface with technical engineers to create a trusting relationship to facilitate understanding of needs. Develop KPI’s and dashboards according to expressed needs at engineer level (mainly in construction / commissioning phase)
- Being able to propose to management summary indicators and dashboards based on detailed information collected
- Developed enhanced KPI’s or trend with forecast based on past records (productivity tracking tool)
Reporting activities:
- Elaborate a productivity tracking tool suiting construction site and management follow-up
- Elaborate with head of services synthetic dashboard to be shared on regular basis (weekly/monthly depending on the received data)
Others:
- Propose tools to automatize/simplify reporting tasks: data extraction, reporting roll-up (one reporting tool from each service to package level with highlight management)
- Provide support in dashboard development to project PMT or other packages if required
