Job Title: Channel Business Manager - EV Charging (m/f/d)
Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Channel Business Manager with a strong understanding of EV charging products to join our team in The Hague.
This role will act as a key liaison between our innovative EV charging solutions and our channel partners.
You will play a critical role in helping partners optimize their operations, address challenges, and drive the growth of the EV charging business.
Main Responsibilities:
Business Development: Collaborate with partners to identify and expand market opportunities, and systematically document and replicate successful practices.
Vendor & Partner Management: Leverage your knowledge of the channel ecosystem to assist partners with operational challenges and manage the day-to-day development of partner relationships.
Partner Enablement: Lead training sessions and communications to ensure that channel partners fully understand and implement channel policies, processes, and systems.
Best Practices & Methodology: Apply industry-standard practices to manage partner identity, certifications, and contract renewals, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines.
Operational Excellence: Address operational issues promptly and provide feedback on IT system optimization to improve partner system efficiency and overall operational performance.
Requirements:
Business Development Expertise: Demonstrated experience in collaborating with partners to develop commercial and industrial (C&I) or niche market segments, with a proven track record in project development and operational management.
Channel Partner Experience: Experience in channel partner management and operations, ideally within a B2B or technical environment.
Industry Knowledge: A solid background in the EV Charging (EVSE), Renewable Energy, or other related B2B industries.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Proven ability to translate complex customer and partner requirements into clear, actionable solutions, complemented by strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (business level) is essential. Proficiency in Dutch or other European languages is a plus.
