Purpose of the Job 

Our Account Managers are responsible for managing and delivering solutions for our clients through close work with internal teams and local partners.  You'll need experience of working with clients and delivering ongoing solutions to resolve their challenges - taking ownership of various relationships and developing them further. 

 The areas of spend under management with this healthcare client are 2D / 3D Print solutions. 

This role will operate on a blended basis between the local HH Global office, client / supplier site(s) and home.

Key Responsibilities  

• Oversee and manage production of all repack materials, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards
• Apply strong technical expertise in 2D and 3D print processes to support production planning, troubleshooting, and execution
• Ensure smooth integration and coordination across the clients warehouse and repack workflows, maintaining optimal throughput and operational consistency
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients, demonstrating clear, confident, and proactive communication
• Maintain high levels of organization, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines and evolving operational requirements including owning and maintaining the repack WIP sheets
• Leverage strong commercial awareness to support cost‑effective decision‑making to optimize savings, and ensure value delivery for the client
• Identify operational risks or bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and drive efficiency
• Provide regular operational updates and insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across all parties

Knowledge, Skills + Experience 

• Strong technical knowledge on 3D + 2D print and familiar with weight + transit testing procedures
• Solid understanding/knowledge of warehouse processes around co-packing
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time and strong project management skills
• Flexible approach to manage changing priorities and schedules
• Clear and confident communicator
• Solution orientated – this is change for the client and they are nervous of this change so need someone with the ability to find solutions, think fast and bring tangible solutions and manage expectations
• Located near or in Frankfurt, needs to be available to go to the client’s warehouse as and when required
• German speaking and good level of English
• Commercially minded driving savings with a proactive approach to production + consolidation
