We’re hiring a People Partner to own the people agenda for Global Operations and Marketing and lead complex, multi-country transformation. You won’t just advise leaders on change - you’ll be accountable for delivering it.
What You'll Do
- Own the full people agenda for Global Operations and Marketing - not as support, but as accountability.
- Sit with leadership where decisions are made: business reviews, planning cycles, and the conversations most people avoid.
- Turn strategy into clear workforce decisions - what capabilities are needed, where, and how to build or acquire them.
- Lead multi-country restructuring and consultation processes end-to-end, including works councils. You’re accountable for how they land.
- Run complex ER across jurisdictions - performance, exits, grievances with sound judgment and clarity.
- Push leaders to make decisions they would otherwise delay. Say what needs to be said, backed by data.
- Drive talent and succession decisions through periods of change with a clear view on what needs to be protected and why.
- Use AI as part of your daily work - drafting, analysis, documentation and improve how the People team operates.
- Own the data narrative. Not reporting - interpretation, direction, and accountability.
What Success Looks Like
- Day 30 - You’ve met every key leader. You understand the business, the pressure points, and where transformation will break if left unmanaged. Risks are identified early - with clear, actionable responses.
- Day 60 - You’re already running a live restructuring or consultation process end-to-end. You’ve delivered a business review independently, grounded in data and clear perspective. AI is embedded in how you work, not experimented with.
- Day 90 - You fully own the people's agenda across both functions. Transformation is moving or risks are clearly surfaced and acted on. A post-transformation talent plan is defined and agreed upon. At least one key people metric has shifted in the right direction.
Skills We're Assessing
- Transformation & ER - You’ve led - not supported multi-country organisational change end-to-end, from design to legal close. You navigate works councils, consultation frameworks, and redundancy legislation. You run complex ER across jurisdictions and advise leaders clearly on risk and direction.
- Strategic Partnership - You challenge senior leaders with data and maintain trust. You translate strategy into workforce plans grounded in real constraints. You know what needs to be said and act on it.
- AI Fluency - You use AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude daily for drafting, analysis, documentation, and decision support. You build prompts and workflows, not just consume outputs and know what good looks like.
- People Analytics - You interpret data, not report it. You identify the signal, define the implication, and make clear what happens next if nothing changes. You use data to drive accountability.
- Resilience & Ownership - You handle pressure from multiple directions without passing it on. You make decisions with imperfect information and adjust quickly. You hold difficult conversations without diluting them.
