Responsibilities / Tasks
Production & Activity Planning
- Develop production plans for operational activities, resource allocation, and materials management.
- Prioritize tasks based on customer requirements and available resources.
Monitoring & Progress Control
- Track the progress of planned activities and ensure alignment with deadlines.
- Guarantee adherence to agreed delivery dates and implement corrective actions when deviations occur.
Material Management (MRP)
- Analyze material requirements related to operational activities.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing team to prevent and resolve material shortages.
Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Production, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure full alignment of activities.
- Manage urgent customer requests and handle last‑minute changes efficiently.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, economic, or management field (preferred).
- Experience in planning, order management, or roles interfacing with Project Management.
- Solid knowledge of SAP (MM and PP modules), Excel, and the MS Office suite.
- Good command of English (minimum B1 level).
- Strong autonomy, proactivity, continuous improvement mindset, and excellent teamwork skills.
