Responsibilities / Tasks

Production & Activity Planning

• Develop production plans for operational activities, resource allocation, and materials management.
• Prioritize tasks based on customer requirements and available resources.

Monitoring & Progress Control

• Track the progress of planned activities and ensure alignment with deadlines.
• Guarantee adherence to agreed delivery dates and implement corrective actions when deviations occur.

Material Management (MRP)

• Analyze material requirements related to operational activities.
• Collaborate with the Purchasing team to prevent and resolve material shortages.

Cross‑Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Production, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure full alignment of activities.
• Manage urgent customer requests and handle last‑minute changes efficiently.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, economic, or management field (preferred).
• Experience in planning, order management, or roles interfacing with Project Management.
• Solid knowledge of SAP (MM and PP modules), Excel, and the MS Office suite.
• Good command of English (minimum B1 level).
• Strong autonomy, proactivity, continuous improvement mindset, and excellent teamwork skills.
