For our Barcelona Head Office, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support both on-site and remotely for laboratory equipment installed in diagnostic laboratories
  • Perform installation, preventive maintenance and extraordinary maintenance on equipments supplied to public and private laboratories
  • Perform software and hardware updates for the installed equipments
  • Enter relevant information into the company database to track interventions and monitor KPIs
  • Maintain the spare parts stock properly

Qualifications

  • Technical-scientific diploma or degree in engineering or related technical fields experience
  • Proven experience in maintenance and calibration of medical devices of 3-5 years
  • Familiarity with quality systems, especially ISO9001
  • Availability for frequent travel within the country
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Spanish
  • Problem-solving skills and result-oriented approach
