Senior Technical Account Manager (PaaS / Partner Sales) Your Role As a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) at emnify , you’ll be a key member of our PaaS / Partner Sales business — working with mobile network operators (MNOs), MVNOs, device manufacturers, and strategic connectivity partners to deploy, integrate, and scale emnify’s IoT connectivity platform. Reporting to Angel Garcia, Head of PaaS , you’ll own deep technical partner relationships end-to-end: supporting complex pre-sales conversations, running solution workshops and demos, guiding trials and onboarding, and ensuring partners are enabled to sell and scale with emnify long after the initial deal is signed. This is a senior, hands-on role: you won’t be managing people, but you will be expected to operate independently, represent emnify with confidence, and lead technical discussions across architecture, mobile core, and cloud connectivity. Your Impact Own the end-to-end technical relationship for strategic PaaS customers and partners, acting as their primary technical point of contact Lead solution design, architecture discussions, and technical workshops , translating customer requirements into scalable IoT connectivity solutions Drive onboarding, migrations, and complex deployments across mobile core, roaming, signaling, and platform components Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Network Operations, Security, Commercial) to deliver stable and predictable services Manage technical governance including QBRs, escalations, and roadmap alignment , ensuring clear ownership and communication Translate customer needs into clear, actionable input for Product and Engineering to support long-term growth and retention Your Skills Deep understanding of mobile core networks and IoT connectivity , including LTE/5G, roaming, signaling (SS7 / Diameter), and data connectivity Strong experience with cloud infrastructure and networking , ideally in AWS and/or Azure environments Proven ability to lead complex, long-running technical programs , coordinating multiple stakeholders across technical and commercial teams Senior customer-facing experience as a Technical Account Manager, Solution Architect, or similar role within telecom, IoT, or connectivity platforms Clear, confident communication skills , with the ability to balance technical depth and commercial awareness when engaging senior stakeholders Nice-to-haves: Experience supporting partners rather than only direct enterprise customers Exposure to IoT connectivity management platforms (CMPs), BSS/OSS concepts, and connectivity lifecycle operations Based in Germany (or nearby in Europe) and open to travel for partner meetings/QBRs Why emnify?
