As a M365 Copilot Solution Engineer, you will drive the adoption and integration of next-generation AI within our clients’ digital workplaces. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, designing scalable AI solutions that transform how people work.

What you will do:

  • Shape the Solution: Analyze business needs, define Copilot use cases, and translate requirements into scalable AI solutions;
  • Design Architectures: Design end‑to‑end Copilot architectures that ensure Microsoft 365 environments are fully prepared, secure, and scalable—leveraging key services such as Microsoft Purview (DLP, Retention, Sensitivity Labels) and Entra ID (Identity, Conditional Access, Permissions Hygiene);
  • Lead the Program: Serve as the technical and functional lead for Copilot programs, aligning business expectations, ROI objectives, and governance requirements with a robust and coherent technical implementation;
  • Drive Extensibility: Define and drive Copilot extensibility strategies using Microsoft Copilot Studio—building custom Copilots and plugins—and integrating with line‑of‑business (LOB) systems through the Microsoft Graph API and the Power Platform;
  • Drive Success: Define success criteria, track KPIs, lead POCs, and provide recommendations for enterprise-wide adoption;
  • Empower Users: Deliver user onboarding, enablement, and training on Copilot for Microsoft 365 and custom-built copilots;
  • Ensure Excellence: Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement for Copilot environments.
