Your mission

If you’re detail-oriented and interested in how data supports customer success operations, this internship offers hands-on experience in maintaining and improving customer data and systems. You will support the team with CRM-related tasks and data hygiene, helping ensure that our customer data is accurate, complete, and reliable.

Your work will contribute directly to better forecasting, improved processes, and increased team efficiency.

What You’ll Work On

  • Maintaining and improving the quality of customer data across our CRM and internal systems.

  • Supporting operational projects related to systems hygiene, process documentation, and tooling improvements, with scope shaped by team priorities when you join.

  • Assisting with tracking and reporting on customer activity and product usage.

  • Contri buting to cross-functional initiatives where clean, reliable data makes a direct difference.

  • Availability to work partially in the late afternoon, to overlap with team members based in New York (US working hours).

Your profile

  • Strong attention to detail and a structured, reliable way of working.

  • Experience working with data in Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Interest in CRM systems, data management, and customer operations.

  • Comfortable working with structured datasets and performing repetitive tasks with accuracy.

  • Bonus: experience with Salesforce, CRM tools, or basic coding (e.g., Python). 

  • Proactive mindset and willingness to support the team with operational tasks.
