The Senior Associate, Office Agency is a core transactional and client-facing role, responsible for managing office leasing and sales instructions while actively supporting business development. The role requires increasing independence, commercial awareness, and a clear trajectory toward Associate Director level.
Core Responsibilities
Transaction Execution
- Manage office leasing and sales transactions end-to-end.
- Coordinate inspections, viewings, and client meetings.
- Prepare heads of terms, financial analyses, and recommendations.
- Support and contribute to negotiations.
Client Engagement
- Act as day-to-day contact for clients and occupiers.
- Deliver proactive advice and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support senior team members on major accounts.
Business Development Support
- Assist with pitches, proposals, and client targeting.
- Begin developing a personal client network.
- Identify new instructions and occupier requirements.
Market Analysis
- Track office market activity, rents, incentives, and supply.
- Contribute to market updates and client reports.
- Use data to support advisory and negotiation strategies.
Junior Team Support
- Support and guide Associates on deal processes and research.
- Share market knowledge and best practices.
