The Telesales Support Specialist is responsible for several commercial activities, such as:
- contacting potential customers via phone according to the company's internal policies in order to schedule live and online meetings for the Field Sales Team;
- informing them about the company's products & services;
- conducting a professional discussion with a decision-maker in the potential client company;
- entering and updating customer information in our database;
- keeping records of calls and pinpointing useful information;
- assisting the Field Sales Team regarding administrative tasks;
- meeting company expectations for excellent customer service by learning details about our products;
- addressing any questions or issues customers may have.
