Senior Accountant (m/f/x)

Your daily tasks will include

• Core Accounting: Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, invoice workflows, and payment runs
• Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with UGB and IFRS
• Digitalization & Innovation: Actively participate in projects to digitize and optimize accounting processes and workflows
• Group Alignment: Support group-wide financial initiatives and contribute to the harmonization of international accounting processes
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless financial data flow and business alignment
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for banks, tax consultants, and external auditors

The following will make you succeed in this role

• Qualifications: Certified Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung) with significant professional experience in accounting and financial reporting
• Technical Savvy: High IT affinity and proficiency in modern accounting software and ERP systems
• Mindset: A natural drive for continuous improvement and "best-in-class" processes
• Communication: Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills in German and English
• Work Style: A structured, solution-oriented approach with a high degree of initiative and a collaborative team spirit

For Austria: The law stipulates that the minimum wage must be specified in job postings. The minimum salary is €64.554 gross/year in the collective agreement. Adequate to your skills, we are willing to pay much more.
