We are looking for a social, organized and proactive working student to support our monthly Community & Enablement Sessions in our Mannheim premises. These sessions bring together 10–20 participants around regulatory compliance software topics, and we need someone who ensures everything runs smoothly onsite — from coordination to customer care. Apart from that, you will help organize our weekly webinars and maintain our Academy Events website. Part of the role is to maintain our campaign calendar and internal SharePoint. As the osapiens Academy is dynamically evolving, your tasks may expand or you will help the team in other matters.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys direct interaction with customers, appreciates the impact of personal networking, and is enthusiastic about digital compliance solutions. A background or interest in customer marketing or customer enablement is a plus.

Your Responsibilities

  • Onsite & Online Coordination: Be the main point of contact on the day of the session, greeting participants and managing check-in.
  • Pre-Event Preparation: Ensure food and beverages are ordered in advance, the room is set up the day before, and materials are prepared.
  • Customer Engagement: Create a welcoming atmosphere, engage with participants, and represent osapiens' values.
  • Live Support: Support the experts onsite by taking notes, collecting questions and feedback, and ensuring smooth flow throughout the event.
  • Follow-up Assistance: Relay key discussion points to the Customer Success team and ensure any questions are tracked.

Your Experience

  • You are currently enrolled in a university program (business, communications, law, or related fields preferred).
  • You have a genuine interest in regulatory compliance and understand the relevance of software in this space.
  • You are a people-person, enjoy building relationships, and are not shy to take initiative.
  • Strong organizational skills and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Availability to be onsite in Mannheim at least once a week, with presence the day before for setup.

Join us for this and more...

  • A purpose-driven mission tackling complex sustainability challenges while working alongside global industry pioneers at a fast-growing unicorn company
  • A dynamic, collaborative work environment where your ideas are valued and implemented
  • Room for creativity and ownership through cross-functional teamwork and open communication
  • Regular team events and outings with our global colleagues
  • And of course – free drinks and snacks to keep you energized during your day
