ResponsibilitiesSystems & Process Excellence: • Manage the end-to-end contractor payment process: collect, verify, and process timecards and expenses • Ensure accurate data entry and validation across internal systems • Extract and analyze key data to support business goals• Maintain high standards of accuracy to minimize financial risk • Understand the broader impact of your work and uphold quality assurance at every stepCustomer Experience:• Provide exceptional support to internal stakeholders and external contractors • Act as a go-to contact for payment-related queries, resolving issues and escalating when needed • Collaborate with Business Support Associates to drive team and office success
