Job description
Capital.com is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day marketing activities in Germany. Working closely with — and reporting to — our Head of Marketing Europe, you will be responsible for executing the local marketing plan across brand, performance, and affiliate channels, ensuring strong market presence and disciplined delivery against agreed targets.
This is a hands-on management role within our European marketing structure. You will operate within the strategic framework set by the European marketing leadership and central brand team, while taking full ownership of local execution, agency management, and market-specific adaptation.Execute the German marketing plan in line with the European strategy and priorities defined by the Head of Marketing Europe.
Manage local brand campaigns, performance marketing activities, and affiliate partnerships, ensuring consistent delivery against acquisition and retention targets.
Coordinate closely with the central marketing, brand, and CRM teams to localise campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging in the German market.
Manage local marketing agencies and partners on a day-to-day basis, briefing, reviewing outputs, and holding them accountable for quality and timelines.
Monitor campaign performance, prepare regular reporting for the Head of Marketing Europe, and propose optimisations to improve ROI.
Provide local market insight (competitor activity, regulatory context, cultural nuances) to support decisions made at European level.
3+ years of marketing experience in fintech, financial services, or a comparable regulated industry is a plus.
Proven experience executing both brand and performance marketing activities at a market or campaign level.
Hands-on experience managing affiliate partners and working with external agencies.
Comfortable operating in a matrix structure, working closely with a central European team and reporting into a regional lead.
Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Fluent in German and English.
