Your role:

• Contribute to the implementation of programs and projects requiring IT expertise within the designated area of specialization
• Develop comprehensive functional requirement documents (CRD) to support the project implementation lifecycle
• Facilitate the communication and alignment of technical requirements with internal (RO) and external (EN) teams, following a standardized submission process
• Review and validate technical solutions proposed by internal and external partners through Functional Specification Documents (FSD), ensuring optimal integration across applications, infrastructure, data, business processes, organizational structures, and IT systems
• Provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle, including activities such as drafting and documenting technical test cases and results using standardized tools, executing sanity testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), as well as offering support during UAT cycles and managing UAT sign-off.
• Actively support the Change Management process, encompassing communication strategies, organizational transformation, production deployment, and Hypercare activities
• Deliver Level 2 functional support, application administration, and troubleshooting for systems under operational responsibility
• Identify and recommend process improvements and technical optimizations in collaboration with external partners and IT teams across the company group
• Lead technical training sessions for end users and key stakeholders from various departments, and help develop training materials and procedural documentation for implemented functionalities

 

Your profile:

• Experience in IT project delivery, functional analysis, or system implementation
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end application and system integration
• Hands‑on experience with testing and UAT processes
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Hybrid role- 3 days /week on site Bucharest office
