The following challenges await you:

• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a primary focus on Employee Central, Performance Management, and Compensation
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Design and build Business Rules to automate and streamline HR processes.
• Document system configurations, business rules, and integration specifications
• Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors innovations and recommend continuous improvements

 

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with hands-on configuration expertise and HR processes knowledge.
• Deep understanding of Employee Central, Learning, Onboarding
• Strong knowledge of Business Rule creation and Role Based Permissions.
• Experience with Employee Central Payroll or Time Tracking is a plus.
• Familiarity with People Analytics, Recruiting, and Succession modules is a plus Document Management systems like Open Text.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable
• Experience with Data Protection and Data Retention Management
