Office Admin

 Oversee office operations and facility management.
 Manage supplies, equipment, and furniture inventory.
 Coordinate with vendors and service providers for seamless operations.
 Source new partners and maintain existing relationships.
 Organize and manage financial and business documents.
 Provide admin support to the team with all office-related issues.
 Provide a professional welcome to visitors.
 Manage conference rooms and common areas.
 Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
 Handle correspondence, and manage documents;
 Support travel arrangements;

HR
 Assist in employee administration and maintain database.
 Maintain employee records and other HR databases up-to-date.
 Assist in administering leave, on- and off- boarding processes.
 Support payroll administration in close relation with our external provider.

Event Planning
 Plan, organize, and provide support for company team events and protocol activities;
 Coordinate logistics and vendor relations.
 Manage the timeline and associated budgets.

Accounting & Documentation
 Collect and organize invoices & receipts for efficient month-end closing.
 Prepare monthly provisions and budgets;
 Prepare document drafts, reports, and analyses on request.
 Track business correspondence and maintain document records.
