Junior Event & PR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Independent management of trade fairs and industry events: You identify relevant events in collaboration with the B2B department and are responsible for the entire event organization – from planning to booth design and branding to on-site execution.
• Development of your own event formats: You plan and implement innovative events for existing and potential dealer customers, working closely with internal stakeholders.
• Holistic project management: You coordinate all event activities, are responsible for the budget and timelines, and manage execution in Italy.
• Support for press and communications work: You optimally prepare speakers for appearances, create presentations, and develop statements for external communication.
• Measuring success: You analyze and report on the results of our events and continuously optimize our processes and formats.
