- Lead and further develop the Finance division, including the departments Accounting, Controlling, Group Controlling, and Treasury
- Manage, support, and develop the team (~5 direct reports, ~15 employees)
- Take responsibility for financial planning and budgeting for the international Anton Paar GmbH Group
- Manage liquidity planning and financial reporting to ensure a solid basis for decision-making
- Actively participate in management board and supervisory board meetings
- Implement and continuously optimize financial processes and tools in close collaboration with IT and Business Process Management
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the areas of Compliance & Risk Management
- Actively contribute to projects (e.g., M&A) to support strategic corporate goals
