Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Luxury Sales Support Intern to assist our team in launching new overflow onboarding properties. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury reservation sales, CRM data management, property performance analysis, and operational sales optimization within a globally recognized brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and liaise with properties to ensure accurate and up-to-date hotel card information.
- Monitor and manage CRM communications, ensuring timely follow-ups with both properties and guests.
- Organize and optimize internal documentation and SOPs to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to streamline team workflows and improve productivity.
- Live monitor call flow volumes, ensuring staff allocation aligns with language demand.
- Set up routing profiles and accreditation for new employees.
- Identify and address inefficiencies in Salesforce CRM workflows.
- Audit and maintain data accuracy for all leads in Salesforce CRM.
- Assist in creating internal communications to support team engagement and updates.
- Track KPIs and conversion rates, providing analytical insights to support sales performance.
