Our Team, Your Impact

Support laboratory operations by preparing materials, planning product testing, managing sample receipt and destruction, and performing analytical testing, including more complex analyses and inspections.

  • Perform analytical testing and inspection activities on products and materials
  • Review and verify documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Support stability programs and sample management processes
  • Ensure quality and compliance in laboratory and documentation workflows

How You’ll Spend Your Day

  • Perform sampling and testing of raw materials, packaging materials, intermediates, and finished products following approved procedures and GMP standards.
  • Conduct chemical and instrumental analyses in compliance with validated methods and SOPs.
  • Monitor and analyze water systems routinely according to company procedures.
  • Perform peer review of analytical data and documentation as required.
  • Ensure laboratory instruments are calibrated, maintained, and handled properly; perform calibration checks when assigned.
  • Accurately perform analytical calculations and maintain complete, compliant documentation for all QC activities.
  • Maintain inventory of reagents, reference standards, and spare parts; initiate reordering when necessary.
  • Adhere to cGMP requirements and ensure all work is documented in accordance with SOPs, product standards, and batch documentation.
  • Utilize QC software systems such as LIMS, Empower, LabX, and IDIS.
  • Participate in laboratory investigations, including OOS (Out of Specification) and OOT (Out of Trend) results.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to troubleshoot analytical issues, atypical results, and method performance concerns.
  • Support onboarding and training of new laboratory personnel, reinforcing technical procedures and GMP compliance.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Degree in a scientific discipline, diploma in Applied Science, or equivalent (e.g., A-levels in science subjects).
  • Demonstrated ability to independently execute complex analytical methods.
  • Experience supporting laboratory investigations and method remediation activities is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong numerical and data analysis skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Expertise in a range of analytical techniques and laboratory instrumentation.
  • In-depth knowledge of GMP, data integrity principles, and regulatory expectations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities for analytical and instrumentation issues.
  • Sound scientific judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to mentor, guide, and support team members.
