Business Manager

With a true entrepreneur mindset, you actively shape the success and growth of agap2 Konstanz. You will manage your own profit center and continuously develop new customer relationships. You will also be responsible for recruiting new employees and managing your own team of consultants.

Tasks

• **Your responsibilities will be triple:**
• 1. _Management of the entire_ **_business_** _life cycle management_ 2. _Management of the_ **_talent_** _acquisition process_ 3. _Management of a_ **_team_** _of consultants_
• **Your missions will be:**
• Clients and candidates sourcing
• Sales and recruitment strategy definition
• Set up, lead and conduct business meetings with key decision-makers in the Industry
• Set up, lead and conduct first and second interviews with future consultants holding an engineering or PhD degrees
• Negotiate contractual terms with your clients and your candidates
• Signature of full-time contracts with your consultants
• Career plans management
• People management
• Business unit management

Requirements

• **Here is what you need to have in your backpack to make this job an adventure with us:**
• Native in German
• MSc in Management, Economics or Business Administration. Alternatively, Engineer with a strong appetite for Business Development
• You have between 0-3 years'experience
• Strong interest in Business Development, Entrepreneurship and Engineering
• Strong communication and ability to communicate complex information in simple terms
